| Eligibility: | Open to students of Canadian Indigenous descent who are entering or continuing their studies in any undergraduate degree program at the University of Saskatchewan. Recipients must have graduated from a Saskatchewan high school. |

| Donor: | Mrs. Marion Wolstein, in memory of her late husband, Dr. Edward Wolstein. Dr. Wolstein was an eminent Ottawa ophthalmologist who, during the Second World War, was stationed in Regina, Saskatchewan at the 8th Canadian General Hospital. He met Marion, a nurse working at the same hospital, while stationed there. This award reflects Ed and Marion's strong belief that education, in the broadest sense of the word, is the key to the future. |
