Requirements and deadlines
Admission requirements and deadlines depend on your situation including:
- Which program you are interested in.
- When you want to start classes.
- Whether or not this is your first time going to university.
Direct programs
You can apply directly from high school to degree programs offered in Agriculture and Bioresources, Arts and Science, Education, Edwards School of Business, Engineering and Kinesiology.
For certificate programs, consult the individual program pages for details.
Non-direct programs
Non-direct programs require previous university study and cannot be applied to directly from high school. Admission requirements and deadlines can be found on individual program pages:

Applicants with special circumstances
Calculating averages
When you apply to one of the University of Saskatchewan's direct-entry colleges, an admission average will be calculated using the subjects and grades that appear on your transcript(s). See below for details on which classes we use in this calculation.
English language proficiency
If your first language is not English, you may have to prove proficiency in English before admission.
