Eligibility: To be eligible, candidates must:
  • provide proof of Indigenous ancestry through the PAWS Indigenous Membership/Citizenship Verification channel,
  • have been a Saskatchewan resident for at least the past 12 months,
  • be registered in at least 9 credit units per semester,
  • demonstrate financial need,
  • have an average of 65% or greater.
This award will be paid in two installments: $2,500 in term 1 and $2,500 in term 2. To receive the second payout of $2,500 in term 2 students must continue to meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Selection criteria: Financial need and academic achievement. Preference may be given to students in the Colleges of Arts and Science, Edwards School of Business and Engineering.
