| Eligibility: | Open to full-time students in any year of the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture degree program majoring in Animal Science. To be eligible, students must: 1) Have a minimum cumulative average of 70%. 2) Submit a written statement outlining their accomplishments in swine production. 3) Animal Bioscience students will not be considered for this award. |
| Selection criteria: | Based on the merits of the written statement as well as academic achievement, particularly in the swine production class, and the demonstrated interest in swine production as per course and/or project work, as determined by the Award Committee. |
