Eligibility: Open to entering undergraduate students to any direct entry degree program. To be eligible, applicants must:
  • Be full time students
  • Demonstrate financial need
  • Be a Canadian citizen
  • Have graduated from a high school in Saskatchewan
  • Submit a statement of no more than two pages attesting to their qualities of character and achievement, and participation in school or community activities.
Selection criteria: Financial need and merits of the submitted statements.
Donor: A gift from the estate of James William Phelps, to establish a memorial trust in the name of his wife, Nana Louise Phelps.
